Taiwan August manufacturing production index down slightly

Taiwan recorded a manufacturing production index (2006 as base year) of 136.16 for August 2011, decreasing 0.3% on month but increasing 3.85% on year, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) on September 23.
