General coding explanation:
•  D = day, e.g. 3 = third day of the week
• DD = day, e.g. 04 = forth of the month
• W = week, e.g. 2 = second week of the month
• WW = calendar week, e.g. 32 = 32nd week of the year
• M = month, e.g. 6 = June
• MM = month, e.g. 08 = August
• YY = year, e.g. 10 = year 10 (2010)
• YYYY = Year, e.g. 2009
